- By Car/Parking:
- Please comply with posted parking guidelines, and only park in designated areas. No parallel parking along the driveways. The lots usually fill up, but parking is available on the surrounding streets.

Satsang with Tara – Monthly
Satsang means exploring and realizing truth in the gathering of spiritual friends. The word comes from Sanskrit "sat- truth" "sangha- community or company of spiritual friends."

Conscious Relationships
- Description:
- Intimacy with others can be the ground for experiencing full aliveness and sacred communion. Yet as so many have experienced, our relationships are also often the source of insecurity, hurt and betrayal. During this daylong workshop we will explore the beliefs and feelings that separate us from each other and the meditative practices that enable us to cultivate genuine bonds of trust, understanding, intimacy and love.

- Suffering comes from our unlived life--the unseen, unfelt parts of our psyche. Through this workshop, we will explore how the Buddhist practices of mindfulness and compassion can free us from the bind of difficult emotions like fear and shame. True Refuge: Three Gateways to Peace and Freedom

- When we are caught in fear or shame, our tendency is to take false refuge. We turn towards obsessive thinking, self-judgment or judging others; we get busy and distracted; we numb ourselves with over consuming. Remembering our truerefuge at these times is the gateway to all healing and freedom. In this workshop we will investigate how we get stuck, and how we can call on the self-compassion and wisdom that carry us to happiness, freedom and peace. Our day together will include meditations and reflections, dharma talks and sharing.

Finding True Refuge:
Three Gateways to Peace and Freedom ~ Omega Institute
- Description:
- Insecurity and loss are part of being alive and each of us longs for a place of true refuge, where we are at home with our life and spirit.
This meditation retreat explores how, in the face of even life’s greatest challenges, you can discover a sanctuary of wisdom and equanimity in your own awakened heart. Through meditation, guided exercises, and discussions, you learn how to cultivate Buddhism's three archetypal portals, or the three gateways to peace and freedom, that lead to emotional healing and spiritual awakening: mindfulness, loving presence, and open awareness.
The weekend also includes periods of silence, as well as the safety and support of interpersonal sharing. This retreat is open to beginning and experienced meditators, as well as health professionals who want to use these skills with their clients. - When:
