By Car/Parking:
Please comply with posted parking guidelines, and only park in designated areas. No parallel parking along the driveways. The lots usually fill up, but parking is available on the surrounding streets.

True Refuge: Three Gateways to Peace and Freedom

Description:
We spend many moments in a trance of feeling separate from others, and fearful of loss and failure. Yet we intuit a deeper potential: to live from presence, to love without holding back.

This workshop explores how, in the face of even life’s greatest challenges, you can discover a sanctuary of wisdom and equanimity in your own awakened heart. Through meditation, talks, guided exercises and questions/sharing, you will learn how to recognize and release the fears, judgments and limiting beliefs that separate you from loving awareness.

The day is open to beginning and experienced meditators, as well as health professionals who want to use these skills with their clients.

Description:

Yet as so many have experienced, our relationships are also often the source of insecurity, hurt and betrayal. Our neurosis and suffering come from our unlived life--the unseen, unfelt parts of our psyche.
